Accuracy of LAM and ESAT-6 assays for measurements in urine and serum.

LAM performance is provided for the FIND 28 and S4-20 capture antibodies. The table provides the measured sensitivity (correctly classified TB+ samples / total number of TB+ samples) and specificity (correctly classified TB- samples / total number of TB- samples). The values were calculated for the full sample set (All) or for the subsets of samples from HIV- and HIV+ subjects. 95% confidence intervals for the proportion were calculated using Wilson’s method.本数据集提供了针对FIND 28与S4-20捕获抗体（capture antibodies）的脂阿拉伯甘露聚糖（Lipoarabinomannan，LAM）检测性能数据。该表格给出了实测的灵敏度与特异度：灵敏度为正确分类的TB+样本数占TB+总样本数的比例，特异度为正确分类的TB-样本数占TB-总样本数的比例。上述数值针对全样本集（All）或来自HIV阴性（HIV-）与HIV阳性（HIV+）受试者的样本子集进行计算。采用威尔逊（Wilson）法计算得到该比例的95%置信区间。
