Our study represents the first detailed analysis of testicular transcriptomes, with biologic replicates, generated by RNA-seq technology. The optimized data analysis workflows reported here should provide a framework for comparative investigations of expression profiles. Testicular mRNA profiles of 8-month-old contol and L3mbtl2 cKO mice were generated by deep sequencing, in triplicate, using Illumina HiSeq platform.
本研究为首项采用RNA测序(RNA-seq)技术开展、并设置生物学重复的睾丸转录组详细分析工作。本研究报道的优化数据分析流程,可为基因表达谱的比较研究提供标准化分析框架。本研究以8月龄对照小鼠与L3mbtl2条件性敲除(cKO)小鼠为研究对象,采用Illumina HiSeq测序平台完成三次生物学重复的深度测序,获取其睾丸mRNA表达谱。
