There are two replicates of T0 for each strain.本数据集旨在探究转录本丰度的上调是否源于从头转录（de novo transcription）。 关键词：时间进程（Time-course） 实验对象为处于静止期培养状态的三类酵母菌株：RNA聚合酶II（RNA polymerase II）突变株、亲本株与野生型S288c酵母细胞。实验中对上述菌株施加氧化应激，并分别在应激处理后2分钟与30分钟时收集样本。所有实验样本均以共同参考样本作为比对基准。每个菌株的T0样本均设置两个生物学重复。
