In this study, we established a FAD4T mouse model, which reflects Alzheimer's disease pathobiology in bone marrow-brain axis. Overall design: To construct the map of FAD4T mouse model, we generated scRNA-seq profiles from bone marrow and brain samples obtained from 2-month and 8-month FAD4T mouse and WT mouse on the 10x platform.

本研究构建了FAD4T小鼠模型(FAD4T mouse model),该模型可反映骨髓-脑轴(bone marrow-brain axis)层面的阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease)病理生物学特征。整体实验设计:为绘制FAD4T小鼠模型的单细胞转录组图谱,本研究依托10x平台,对2月龄、8月龄的FAD4T小鼠与野生型(WT)小鼠的骨髓及脑组织样本进行单细胞RNA测序(single-cell RNA sequencing, scRNA-seq),获得了对应的测序转录组谱。
