RNA sequencing data of TNF-a treated mesenchymal stem cell from patients with ankylosing spondylitis

Six mesenchymal stem cells (MSC) from healthy donors and six MSC from patients with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) were treated with or without 100 ng/ml TNF-a, and the RNA sequencing was performed to compare the differentially expressed mRNA between them. This RNA sequencing data was to investigate the key molecular mediating the enhanced migration ability of AS-MSC after TNF-a treatment.

本研究选取6株分离自健康供体的间充质干细胞（mesenchymal stem cells, MSC）与6株分离自强直性脊柱炎（ankylosing spondylitis, AS）患者的MSC，分别以100 ng/ml肿瘤坏死因子-α（TNF-α）处理或不予处理，随后开展RNA测序（RNA sequencing）以比较两组样本间的差异表达mRNA（differentially expressed mRNA）。本RNA测序数据集旨在探究介导TNF-α处理后AS-MSC迁移能力增强的关键分子。
