Plant microbiomes along a permafrost thaw gradient

This project used 16S rRNA sequencing to investigate the rhizosphere, phyllosphere, and bulk peat of plant species along a permafrost thaw gradient (palsa to bog to fen) on Stordalen Mire, Abisko, Sweden.本研究采用16S核糖体RNA（16S rRNA）测序技术，对瑞典阿比斯库斯托达伦泥炭地沿永久冻土融化梯度（从冰楔丘到寡营养沼泽再到富营养沼泽）的植物物种的根际、叶围及游离泥炭样品展开了调查研究。
