Impact of Phaeobacter inhibens on marine microbial communities

Bacteria-host interactions are universal in nature and have significant effects on host functionality. In the present study, we investigated how the secondary metabolite producer Phaeobacter inhibens affected the diversity and composition of microbiomes associated with the alga Emiliania huxleyi, and the European flat oyster, Ostrea edulis.细菌-宿主互作（Bacteria-host interactions）在自然界中广泛存在，对宿主功能具有显著影响。本研究探究了次生代谢产物产生菌（secondary metabolite producer）Phaeobacter inhibens对藻类赫氏颗石藻（Emiliania huxleyi）以及欧洲扁牡蛎（Ostrea edulis）相关微生物组（microbiome）的多样性与群落组成的影响。
