Abstract This research was developed with the objective of understanding the interrelationships between career psychological dimensions (negative thoughts and career adaptability), psychological capital and domains of work life (career success and perceived employability) and non-work (satisfaction with life). Two samples were used, the former consisting of 189 university students with a mean age of 21.44 years (SD = 3.33), and 65.1% were female. The latter group consisted of 312 upper-level employees with a mean age of 27.88 years (SD = 5.19), of which 51% were female. The results from structural equation models have demonstrated that for university students the working and non-working life contexts are influenced by adaptability and negative career thoughts. For workers, the results demonstrated the influence of negative career thoughts and the psychological capital. It is discussed applications for research and the context of career guidance and career development.
摘要 本研究旨在厘清职业心理维度(消极职业思维(negative career thoughts)与职业适应力(career adaptability))、心理资本(psychological capital)与工作生活领域(职业成功(career success)与感知雇佣能力(perceived employability))以及非工作领域(生活满意度(satisfaction with life))之间的内在关联。本研究共纳入两组样本:第一组为189名大学生,平均年龄21.44岁(标准差SD=3.33),女性占比65.1%;第二组为312名高层员工,平均年龄27.88岁(标准差SD=5.19),女性占比51%。结构方程模型(structural equation models)的分析结果显示,针对大学生群体,其工作与非工作生活情境受到职业适应力与消极职业思维的影响;针对在职员工群体,其相关变量受消极职业思维与心理资本的显著影响。本研究最后探讨了该研究成果在职业指导与职业发展领域的应用价值与研究方向。
