Ceftriaxone resistant Salmonella Typhi carries an IncI1-ST31 plasmid encoding CTX-M-15

Here we report the first whole genome sequence of a ceftriaxone-resistant Salmonella enterica subspecies enterica serovar Typhi (S. Typhi) strain that harbours an IncI1-ST31 plasmid encoding CTX-M-15.

本研究首次报道了一株头孢曲松耐药的肠沙门氏菌肠亚种伤寒血清型（S. Typhi）菌株的全基因组序列，该菌株携带一株编码CTX-M-15的IncI1-ST31型质粒。
