SIFT4G (SARS-CoV-2)

GTF file containing the SARS-CoV-2 genome sequences, and VCF file comprising all the SNP of SARS-CoV-2 were obtained from the Ensembl genome database.从Ensembl基因组数据库中提取了包含严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2型（SARS-CoV-2）基因组序列的GTF（Gene Transfer Format）文件，以及涵盖该病毒全部单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism, SNP）的VCF（Variant Call Format）文件。
