Mosquito identification confirmation using COI barcoding.

The COI sequences and results of the GenBank BLAST query are recorded for each individual mosquito. The BLAST search result, percent identity, and query cover are recorded for the top result; two species are listed if both share the same similarity to the queried sequence. (XLSX)本数据集记录了每只蚊虫个体的细胞色素C氧化酶亚基I（Cytochrome C Oxidase Subunit I，COI）序列，以及基因银行（GenBank）的BLAST查询结果。其中，BLAST最佳比对结果的比对详情、序列一致性百分比及查询覆盖度均有记录；若存在两个物种与查询序列的相似度一致，则会同时列出这两个物种。本数据集采用XLSX格式存储。
