In this study, we developed an easy to use vector set for Prime Editing in diverse plant species (Arabidopsis thaliana, Oryza sativa, and Nicotiana benthamiana), validated the vectors by making spelling changes and insertions, and tested a strategy for fluorescent tagging with a relatively short insertion, using a self-assembling split GFP approach.
本研究开发了一套适用于多种植物物种(拟南芥Arabidopsis thaliana、水稻Oryza sativa及本氏烟草Nicotiana benthamiana)的先导编辑(Prime Editing)易用型载体套装;我们通过引入精准碱基替换与片段插入对该载体系统进行了功能验证,并采用自组装分裂GFP(split GFP)策略,测试了基于短片段插入的荧光标记技术方案。
