资源简介:
This data underlies a dissertation titled "The influence of the COVID-19 pandemic on administrator practice in Higher Education". Utilising the meta-theoretical frameworks of social constructivism and interpretivism this study set out to explore how the Covid-19 pandemic influenced the practice of administrators at a Higher Education Institution. The study was qualitative in nature and used a bounded case study approach and narrative inquiry. Transition-adaption theory, and crisis management and resilience theory provided the theoretical moorings of this study. Six departmental administrators in one faculty at one university participated in this study. The participants were all females from different races, ethnic groups and socio-economic backgrounds and differed in terms of age. Data capture included a mix of semi-structured and focus group interviews.
