In this study, we designed a multiplexing transposon directed insertion site sequencing method to define both the essential genes and the serum resistome (i.e. genes required for resistance to human serum) of E. coli EC958, a representative of the E. coli ST131 clonal lineage.本研究设计了一种多重转座子定向插入位点测序（multiplexing transposon directed insertion site sequencing）方法，用于解析大肠杆菌（E. coli）EC958——大肠杆菌ST131克隆谱系的代表性菌株——的必需基因与血清抗性组（serum resistome，即介导人血清抗性所需的基因）。
