Alpioniscus_balthasari_trinity_assembly

De novo transcriptome of cave terrestrial isopod species Alpioniscus balthasari (Trichoniscidae). Animals were flash-frozen in liquid nitrogen. Total RNA from 3 individuals was isolated using a spin column-based commercial kit and RNA was additionally DNase treated. RNA from 3 individuals were pooled equimolary. A bead-based, poly(A) selection kit was used for the preparation of the libraries and the sequencing was carried out on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform with a read length of 2x150 bb. The raw full-length reads were deposited in the NCBI Sequence Read Archive with the BioProject accession number PRJNA1056448 (Biosamples SAMN39098649, SAMN39098650, SAMN39098651). Species-specific de novo transcriptome was generated using Trinity software.洞穴生陆生潮虫阿尔皮奥尼斯科斯·巴尔萨里（Alpioniscus balthasari，毛潮虫科Trichoniscidae）的从头转录组（de novo transcriptome）相关实验及数据信息如下：实验个体经液氮快速冷冻处理；提取3个个体的总RNA，采用基于离心柱的商业化试剂盒完成总RNA提取，并额外通过DNase处理以降解残留的基因组DNA；将3个个体的RNA按等摩尔浓度混合；采用基于磁珠的poly(A)选择试剂盒构建测序文库，随后在Illumina NovaSeq 6000测序平台上完成测序，测序读长为2×150 bb。原始全长读段（reads）已提交至NCBI序列读取档案（Sequence Read Archive, SRA），对应的BioProject收录号为PRJNA1056448，生物样本编号分别为SAMN39098649、SAMN39098650及SAMN39098651。研究人员利用Trinity软件构建了该物种的专属从头转录组。
