MT1-MMP induces malignant transformation in Mammary cells. Homo sapiens

Expression of the MT1-MMP gene induces a significant upregulation of of oncogenes and tumorignenic genes in 184B5-MT1 cells. MT1-MMP基因（MT1-MMP gene）的表达可诱导184B5-MT1细胞内的癌基因（oncogene）与致瘤基因（tumorigenic gene）显著上调。关键词：遗传修饰（Genetic modification）。实验设计概况：设置未转染乳腺细胞系与转染MT1-MMP的乳腺细胞系两组，每组包含3次生物学重复（biological replicate）。数据来源于Illumina（Illumina platform）平台的单通道检测数据。经标准化处理与t检验（t-test）后，通过p值（p-value）与倍数变化（fold change）确定两组间的差异基因表达（differential gene expression）水平。
