实验结果:在c-mybhyper转基因斑马鱼胚胎中,二甲基亚砜处理组与丹参酮I处理组间存在1882个差异表达基因(P值≤0.05,|log₂折叠变化|≥0.25)。
实验结论:本研究鉴定出基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP9)与ATP结合盒转运蛋白G2(ABCG2)为丹参酮I通过调控zeste同源物增强子2(EZH2)发挥生物学效应的两个潜在下游靶基因。
