Dataset for: Exploring BIM Outsourcing Strategies and Challenges through Mixed-Methods Analysis

This repository contains the anonymized dataset for the mixed-methods study titled "Exploring BIM Outsourcing Strategies and Challenges through Mixed-Methods Analysis". The dataset is provided in two main parts:Quantitative (SEM) Data: Anonymized survey responses from 190 construction firm CEOs regarding the drivers and consequences of BIM outsourcing. This data was used for the PLS-SEM analysis.Qualitative & Quantitative (Delphi) Data: Anonymized results from a two-round Delphi study with 17 industry experts, used to validate the SEM model and explore strategic themes related to BIM outsourcing.The full methodology and findings are detailed in the associated manuscript. This data was collected within the context of the Iranian construction industry.本仓库收录了题为《基于混合方法分析探索建筑信息模型（BIM）外包策略与挑战》的混合方法研究的匿名化数据集。该数据集分为两大核心板块：其一为定量（结构方程模型（SEM））数据：包含190家建筑企业首席执行官的匿名化调查问卷回复，内容聚焦建筑信息模型（BIM）外包的驱动因素与影响结果，该数据集被用于偏最小二乘结构方程模型（PLS-SEM）分析；其二为定性与定量（德尔菲（Delphi））数据：包含17位行业专家参与的两轮德尔菲研究的匿名化结果，用于验证结构方程模型（SEM）并探索与BIM外包相关的战略主题。完整的研究方法与研究发现详见关联手稿。本数据集的收集工作立足于伊朗建筑行业语境。
