随着文化和旅游厅文旅宣传工作需要的发展，需要收集和存储版权归属我厅或拥有使用权的宣传图片和宣传视频，并在工作中产生记录会议、活动的图片及视频，供各媒体宣传使用和历史信息查询需要。旅游系统版权风光图片、视频资料及重要文字材料、PPT等文件，便于全系统在对外宣传营销时随时调用，平时作为内部资料交流使用。

As the demands for publicity work related to cultural and tourism promotion of the Department of Culture and Tourism continue to grow, it is necessary to collect and store promotional images and videos whose copyright is held by the Department or for which the Department holds authorized usage rights, as well as images and videos of meetings and events generated during official work, for use by relevant media in publicity campaigns and historical information retrieval. Additionally, copyrighted scenic images, video materials, important written documents, PPT files and other relevant materials under the tourism system shall be archived, to enable on-demand access for the entire tourism system during external publicity and marketing activities, and for regular internal material exchange.
