mRNA expression profile in MHCC-97H-SH-NC And MHCC-97H-SH-UCK2 liver cancer cells

To study the mRNA modulating network and different expressed mRNA lists in MHCC-97H-SH-UCK2 cells, we use high-throughout method to genomically detect the expression profile of mRNA mRNA expression profile in MHCC-97H-SH-NC And MHCC-97H-SH-UCK2 liver cancer cells. Illumina PE150 for mRNA expression profile were chosen. The high-throughout experiment service are supplied by novogene (Beijing, China).

为研究MHCC-97H-SH-UCK2细胞中的mRNA调控网络及差异表达mRNA列表，本研究采用高通量基因组学方法，对MHCC-97H-SH-NC与MHCC-97H-SH-UCK2肝癌细胞的mRNA表达谱进行检测。本研究选用Illumina PE150平台开展mRNA表达谱分析，高通量实验服务由诺禾致源（Novogene，中国北京）提供。
