Trehalose treatment transcriptomic sequencing

Trehalose plays an important role in improving salt tolerance of watermelon. In this study, watermelon seedlings under 150 mM salt stress were treated with external trehalose, and their roots were used for transcriptome sequencing to screen differentially expressed genes.海藻糖（Trehalose）在提升西瓜耐盐性方面发挥重要作用。本研究对150 mM盐胁迫下的西瓜幼苗施加外源海藻糖，以其根系为材料开展转录组测序，进而筛选差异表达基因。
