This system addresses issues such as improving medical efficiency and quality under insufficient medical resources, fulfilling the requirements of Level 4-6 electronic medical record application evaluation and Level 4-5 interconnection and interoperability evaluation, and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals.
