In 2015 the Mental Health Commission of NSW visited Broken Hill, Wagga Wagga, Griffith, Coffs Harbour, Kempsey, Queanbeyan, Goulburn and Bega to find out about mental health issues in those areas and meet service providers and local people living with mental illness.
