Below is the raw data used for the validation process of determination of total aflatoxins in cereals, peanuts and poultry feeds by ATR-FTIR integrated with partial least squares (PLS) regression. ATR-FTIR spectra of dilutions (o to 90 ng/ml) of mix aflatoxin standards at equal ratio were prepared in 75% methanol and 100% acetonitrile was collected. The various absorbance with respective wavenumber was recorded. Data were analysed using MINITAB 18 statistical software, and the PLS model was developed and validated using the data. Files below showed the raw data and the analyses.

本数据集为采用衰减全反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(ATR-FTIR)结合偏最小二乘(PLS)回归法,测定谷物、花生及家禽饲料中总黄曲霉毒素的验证研究所用的原始数据。 以75%甲醇与100%乙腈为溶剂,配制等比例混合的黄曲霉毒素标准品稀释液(浓度范围0至90 ng/ml),并采集其ATR-FTIR光谱,同时记录了各波数下对应的吸光度值。 采用MINITAB 18统计软件对上述数据开展分析,并基于该数据集构建并验证了PLS模型。 下述文件包含本次实验的原始数据与分析结果。
