DCME MAGs 2023 (fasta)

51 draft Metagenome Assembled Genomes (MAGs) from the DCME culture, in FASTA format, as assembled by hybridSPADES.Contig names correspond with NCBI accessions where appropriate (Assembly accession: JBAWSS000000000), but smaller contigs that were filtered from NCBI upload are also included in these bins, named DCM_000000XXXXXX.

本数据集包含来自DCME培养物的51条宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome Assembled Genomes, MAGs）草稿序列，采用FASTA格式存储，由hybridSPADES工具组装得到。在适宜场景下，重叠群名称与NCBI登录号对应（组装登录号：JBAWSS000000000）；但在NCBI上传流程中被过滤的小型重叠群也被纳入这些分箱，其命名格式为DCM_000000XXXXXX。
