Quantification analysis of Rice sheath blight fungus Rhizoctonia solani (AG-IA) during interaction with Bacillus amyloliquefaciens.

To study the interaction between a pathogen (Rhizoctonia solani) grown for 7 days and treated with biocontrol (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens) for 6 hours in Czapek dox broth at ambient temperature (28C) shaking at 100 rpm.本研究旨在探究在28℃环境温度、100转每分钟（rpm）摇振条件下，于查氏-Dox液体培养基（Czapek-Dox broth）中，培养7天的立枯丝核菌（Rhizoctonia solani）与经生物防治剂解淀粉芽孢杆菌（Bacillus amyloliquefaciens）处理6小时后的体系间的相互作用。
