This data set includes all the material needed to perform eQTL mapping using the transcript abundance from 186 mouse neural progenitor cells (mNPCs) differentiated from embryonic stem cells (mESCs) derived from diversity outbred (DO) mice.
本数据集包含开展表达数量性状位点(expression Quantitative Trait Locus, eQTL)定位所需的全部数据资料,其所用转录本丰度数据来自186株小鼠神经前体细胞(mouse neural progenitor cells, mNPCs),这些细胞由源自多样性远交(diversity outbred, DO)小鼠的小鼠胚胎干细胞(mouse embryonic stem cells, mESCs)分化得到。
