D'Ario_et_al_2021_Imaging_data_CDT1-CFP_time_course_replicate_4_0h_to_10h

This dataset contains images of Arabidopsis shoot apical meristems expressing cell cycle reporters. These images have been used to study how cell cycle progression is coordinated with cell growth in plants. The images have been segmented in three dimensions and tracked in time course experiments; cell volumes, position in the meristem and expression level of reporter genes have been measured. The details of genotypes and reporter genes used, imaging methods and processing steps are described in the associated manuscript.本数据集包含表达细胞周期报告基因（cell cycle reporters）的拟南芥（Arabidopsis）茎尖分生组织图像。该图像集已被用于探究植物中细胞周期进程与细胞生长的协同调控机制。所有图像均已完成三维分割，并在时间序列实验中完成追踪；研究人员已测定细胞体积、其在分生组织中的位置以及报告基因的表达水平。本次研究所用的基因型、报告基因、成像方法及图像处理步骤的详细信息均记载于相关研究手稿中。
