Capsella rubella small RNA data

Plants were grown in the greenhouse under long day conditions and total flower bud RNA was extracted using the mirVana kit (Life Technologies). RNA sequencing libraries were created using the TruSeq RNA v2 protocol (Illumina, San Diego, CA, USA). Illumina HiSeq 2000 reads of Capsella rubella flower bud samples were created at Uppsala SNP&SEQ Technology Platform, Uppsala.实验所用植物于温室长日照条件下培养，采用mirVana试剂盒（Life Technologies）提取花芽总核糖核酸（RNA）。采用TruSeq RNA v2建库方案（Illumina，美国加利福尼亚州圣地亚哥）构建RNA测序文库。红花荠（Capsella rubella）花芽样本的Illumina HiSeq 2000测序读段，由乌普萨拉SNP&SEQ技术平台（乌普萨拉）生成。
