Whole transcriptome sequencing of Chinese papillary thyroid carcinoma

Whole transcriptome sequencing of 22 paired papillary thyroid carcinoma tissues and adjacent normal tissues were performed to identify dysregulated molecules associated with carcinogenesis and progression of papillary thyroid carcinoma.

本研究对22对配对的乳头状甲状腺癌（papillary thyroid carcinoma）组织及其癌旁正常组织开展全转录组测序（whole transcriptome sequencing），以鉴定与乳头状甲状腺癌发生及进展相关的失调分子。
