Dataset for the manuscript "Barium stable isotopes as a fingerprint of biological cycling in the Amazon River Basin" published in Biogeosciences

This file contains the dataset of the manuscript accepted for publication in Biogeosciences entitled "Barium stable isotopes as a fingerprint of biological cycling in the Amazon River Basin" by Charbonnier et al. It consists in three spreadsheets: (1) dissolved species concentration and dissolved Ba isotope data on river dissolved load; (2) main characteristics and Ba isotope data of river sediments; (3) compilation of major element and Ba and Li concentration in rocks (compilation made from the GEOROC database) and in the dissolved load of river draining single rock types (compilation made from previously published data and new data).本数据集对应已被《Biogeosciences》期刊接收待刊的手稿，该手稿标题为《钡稳定同位素作为亚马孙河流域生物循环的示踪指纹》，作者为Charbonnier等。本数据集包含三个电子表格：（1）河流溶解载荷中溶解组分浓度与溶解态钡同位素数据；（2）河流沉积物的基本特征与钡同位素数据；（3）岩石中主量元素、钡与锂浓度的汇编数据集（数据汇编源自GEOROC数据库），以及流经单一岩性的河流溶解载荷的相关浓度数据（数据汇编源自已发表文献与新实测数据）。
