Confirmation of CNV calls by quantitative PCR.

A summary of the PCR validation result is shown. Sequence SNP CNVs were discovered in this work using SNVs present on this array for sequence variant confirmation in the same cohort.

本研究展示了聚合酶链式反应（Polymerase Chain Reaction，PCR）验证结果的汇总。本研究借助该基因芯片上的单核苷酸变异（Single Nucleotide Variants，SNVs），在同一研究队列中鉴定出序列层面的单核苷酸多态性（Single Nucleotide Polymorphism，SNP）与拷贝数变异（Copy Number Variations，CNVs），并针对相关序列变异完成了验证确认工作。
