Anopheles quadriannulatus Transcriptome. Anopheles quadriannulatus

Olfactory driven, host seeking behaviors of female Anopheles quadriannulatus are repeatedly noted in the literature as being less anthropophilic than those of the close sibling species, A. gambiae. This survey of the transcriptome of A. quadriannulatus will provide a reference for the comparison of gene expression in this species with that of other mosquito species.
