Supplementary table - MAGs metabolism species

Metabolic information for metagenome asembled genomes (MAGs) constructed from raw data uploaded to bioproject PRJEB57055. MAGs are equivalent to bacterial species, and were dereplicated at 95% ANI. These species orginated from the caeca of indigenous Ethiopoian chickens. MAGs were annotated using DRAM (https://github.com/WrightonLabCSU/DRAM).

本数据集涵盖从上传至BioProject数据库编号PRJEB57055的原始数据中构建得到的宏基因组组装基因组（Metagenome Assembled Genomes，MAGs）的代谢相关信息。上述MAGs对应单一细菌物种，并以95%平均核苷酸一致性（Average Nucleotide Identity，ANI）标准完成去冗余操作。所涉及的细菌物种均分离自埃塞俄比亚本土家鸡的盲肠。本研究使用DRAM工具（https://github.com/WrightonLabCSU/DRAM）对所有MAGs进行了功能注释。
