The non-coding RNome after splenectomy (cohort B)

We explored the non-coding (nc)RNome of circulating peripheral blood leukocytes by performing a ncRNA genome wide study In the study presented here, ncRNA expression levels in peripheral blood leukocytes from 5 pairs of samples obtained before and after splenectomy were analyzed (cohort B).

本研究通过开展非编码RNA（non-coding RNA）全基因组研究，对循环外周血白细胞的非编码RNA组（non-coding RNome，简称ncRNome）进行了探索。在本次呈现的研究中，我们针对队列B的5对脾切除术前后采集的外周血白细胞样本，分析了其中的非编码RNA表达水平。
