Investigation of Zircaloy-4 (Zr-4), a zirconium alloy, was conducted to examine the fracture behaviour under peak temperatures of 1200 and 1400 degrees C created from a Gleeble weld simulator using Zr-4 HAZ. The use of the small punch (SP) test and creation of a finite element analysis (FEA) model was used to analysis and predict the deformation and fracture behaviour of the Zr-4 HAZ welds.
本研究针对锆合金Zircaloy-4(Zr-4)开展相关实验,通过Gleeble焊接模拟器制备Zr-4热影响区(Heat Affected Zone,HAZ)试样,以考察其在1200℃与1400℃峰值温度下的断裂行为。本研究采用小冲杆(Small Punch,SP)试验方法,并构建有限元分析(Finite Element Analysis,FEA)模型,对Zr-4热影响区焊缝的变形与断裂行为进行分析与预测。
