Minimal effective doses of various compounds on Mf viability.

Mf were cultured in 24-well plates in 2.0 ml medium containing drug at doubling dilutions from 4.0 µM to 0.976 nM. Plates were scored daily by microscopy and the percentage of worms alive estimated at each time point.
