We profiled transcriptomes in human lung cancer cell lines H23 and A549 cells. Overall design: H23 and A549 were cultured to ~80% confluent. Total cell RNA was extracted using Trizol. Three independent cultures of each cell line were lysed for RNA. The extracted RNA was processed for RNA-SEQ on Illumina HIGHSEQ 2500.

本研究对人肺癌细胞系H23与A549的转录组进行了表征分析。实验设计概述：将H23及A549细胞培养至汇合度约80%，采用Trizol试剂提取总细胞RNA。每个细胞系设置3组独立培养样本，收集细胞并裂解以提取RNA。提取得到的总RNA在Illumina HiSeq 2500平台上开展RNA测序（RNA-Seq）。
