ZNF728 ChIP-seq in HEK293T cells

Genome-wide binding profile of the primate-specific KRAB zinc finger protein ZNF728 in a HEK293T cell line overexpressing the protein. Overall design: A stable cell line overexpressing ZNF728 was made by lentiviral vector transduction and selection. Overexpression of the HA-tagged protein was induced with doxycycline. Cells were then fixed with formaldehyde and immunoprecipitation was performed with an anti-HA antibody.
