山东禹城冬小麦哨兵2号卫星(Sentinel-2)冠层叶绿素含量与地面验证点数据集由2部分组成:(1)冠层叶绿素地面验证样地数据(CCCField),包括LAI和SPAD。2020年5月9-16日在山东禹城冬小麦观测,共计107个样地;(2)哨兵2号卫星叶绿素反演数据(CCCSentinel),空间分辨率为10 m。对CCCField(由LAI*SPAD 近似代替 LAI*LCC)和CCCSentinel序列进行5种相关分析显示,决定系数(R²)可以达到 0.9152 ~ 0.9452,表明在该地区4月末-5月初期间,哨兵2号卫星CCCSentinel能解释地面样地观测CCCField变化的94.52%。 本数据集存储为.tif、.shp、.kmz和.xlsx数据格式,由18个数据文件组成,数据量为215 MB(压缩为3个文件160 MB)。
The Sentinel-2 based canopy chlorophyll content and ground validation point dataset for winter wheat in Yucheng, Shandong Province consists of two parts: (1) Canopy chlorophyll ground validation plot data (CCCField), which includes LAI and SPAD. Field observations were conducted on winter wheat in Yucheng, Shandong from May 9 to 16, 2020, with a total of 107 sampling plots; (2) Sentinel-2 satellite chlorophyll retrieval data (CCCSentinel), with a spatial resolution of 10 m. Five types of correlation analyses were performed between the CCCField (where LAI*SPAD is used to approximately substitute LAI*LCC) and the CCCCSentinel sequence, yielding a coefficient of determination (R²) ranging from 0.9152 to 0.9452. This indicates that during the late April to early May period in this region, the Sentinel-2-derived CCCCSentinel data can explain 94.52% of the variation in the ground-based CCCField observations. This dataset is stored in .tif, .shp, .kmz and .xlsx formats, consisting of 18 data files with an uncompressed total size of 215 MB (compressed into 3 files with a total size of 160 MB).
