This file consists of the data set used to reach the conclusions drawn in the manuscript "Is the risk of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy the real reason for natalizumab discontinuation in patients with multiple sclerosis". The applied methods can be found in the manuscript. The study was approved by the ethics committee of the Hamburg Chamber of Physicians (PV3983 10.4.2012 and PV3955 5.1.2012).本文件包含用于支撑学术论文《多发性硬化症（multiple sclerosis）患者停用那他珠单抗（natalizumab）的真正原因是否为进行性多灶性白质脑病（progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy）风险》所得结论的数据集。本研究采用的方法可参见该论文。本研究已获得汉堡医师协会伦理委员会批准（审批编号：PV3983 2012年4月10日及PV3955 2012年5月1日）。
