Technocratic Sovereignty 1.1 – Conceptual Foundation, Global Variants, and the Reflexive Layer

Technocratic Sovereignty (TS) describes the form of sovereignty that emerges when financial, legal, and symbolic architectures are integrated through technological infrastructures, creating systems that coordinate society and allocate power independently of traditional democratic institutions. This release (Version 1.1) presents the first complete conceptual foundation of the TS framework. It includes: a universal architecture model of TS (financial, legal, symbolic + technological meta-layer), a global comparative perspective with four major variants (liberal-technocratic TS, plutocratic-administrative TS, private TS, and sovereign-statist TS in China), the identification of the Eurodollar system as the origin of modern extra-democratic global governance, an analysis of the United States as the generative super-node of contemporary technopolitical architectures, the classification of populism as a systemic reaction layer, and the theoretical proposal of Reflexive Technocratic Sovereignty (RTS) as a future form of system-level self-awareness and diagnostic governance.
