Transcriptome sequencing of sweetpotato salt treatment

Sweet potato varieties Jishu 26 and Nonglin 54 were treated with 150mM NaCl. Roots were taken at 0h, 0.5h, 6h and 12h after treatment, transcriptome sequencing was conducted to study the mechanism of salt tolerance.本研究选用甘薯品种冀薯26和农林54作为实验材料，采用150mM氯化钠（NaCl）进行盐胁迫处理。分别于处理后0 h、0.5 h、6 h及12 h采集根部样本，通过转录组测序技术探究其耐盐机制。
