The filtered NPX values

Description The archive contains the filtered NPX values (one file for each of the 8 panels). Those datasets contains results for 10 SSNA samples at 4 time points. The sample IDs contains information about the sample and the time points. For example, sample ''<strong>SSNA-001B-PR1</strong>" represents the "<strong>normothermic, pre-acclimation</strong>" NPX data for sample "<strong>001B</strong>". For convenience, this information was added into two columns: "<em>Participant</em>" and "<em>Exposure</em>". The filtering process is straightforward: NPX values were set to be missing when either the "<strong>QC_Warning</strong>" or "<strong>Assay_Warning</strong>" fields weren't "<strong>PASS</strong>". Below are the abbreviations of the four different time points. <strong>PR1:</strong> normothermic, pre-acclimation <strong>PT1:</strong> hyperthermic, pre-acclimation <strong>PR2:</strong> normothermic, post-acclimation <strong>PT2:</strong> hyperthermic, post-acclimation
