NRS-19723 | Academic Records [Goulburn College of Advanced Education]

This series consists of student academic transcripts from the Goulburn Teachers’ College and the Goulburn College of Advanced Education.The academic transcript is an official record of study undertaken at the College. Each course undertaken by a student is recorded on a separate transcript.The transcript lists each subject attempted by the student during their enrolment in a particular course (including those subjects discontinued after the census date). The subjects are arranged by session with each subject's code and full name, and the student's final grade recorded. A transcript may include the following details relating to the student's personal and enrolment information: name, their student number, name of the course enrolled in, entry date, exit date, date of semester and courses studied during that semester and result of study. There is also space for further comments, and the Official College Imprint. At the bottom of the page is a key to the results (for example P = Pass).The records are arranged alphabetically by student’s surname. Series dates reflect the duration of the College's existence, and contents dates may exist beyond series dates to accommodate ongoing student enrolment after the College merged with Charles Sturt University.
