Multiplexed histology of COVID-19 post-mortem lung samples - PROLONGED CASE 1 FOV1

Image-based data set of a post-mortem lung sample from a COVID-19 donor (PROLONGED CASE 1 FOV1)

Each image shows the same field of view (FOV), sequentially stained with the depicted fluorescence-labelled antibodies, including surface proteins, intracellular proteins and transcription factors. Images contain 2024 x 2024 pixels and are generated using an inverted wide-field fluorescence microscope with a 20x objective, a lateral resolution of 325 nm and an axial resolution above 5 µm. Images have been normalized and intensities adjusted.

本数据集为新冠死亡供者（延长病程病例1 视野1，FOV1）的死后肺样本成像数据集。
所有图像均对应同一视野（Field of View，FOV），经依次使用图中所示荧光标记抗体染色，抗体类型涵盖表面蛋白、胞内蛋白及转录因子。
图像分辨率为2024×2024像素，采用配备20×物镜（20x objective）的倒置宽场荧光显微镜（inverted wide-field fluorescence microscope）采集，横向分辨率（lateral resolution）达325 nm，轴向分辨率（axial resolution）高于5 µm。
所有图像均已完成归一化（normalized）处理并进行了强度校正。
