Aluminum-based self-powered hyper-fast miniaturized sensor for breath humidity detection

This is the raw data collected in the time span of 38 days. It shows the sensor response to the short flushes of water vapor. There are less than 38 files because the measurements were not taken every day because of weekends and national holidays.本数据集为38天时间跨度内采集的原始数据，记录了传感器对短时水汽突释的响应情况。由于周末及法定节假日未开展每日测量，因此数据集包含的文件数量不足38个。
