A common finding in pediatric B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia (BCP-ALL) cells that chromosome 21 is never lost and often BCP-ALL cells have gained an extra chromosome 21. This implies an important role for chromosome 21 in the pathobiology of BCP-ALL. We therefore developed a BCP-ALL cell line (Nalm-6, a DUX4-rearranged cell line) with an addi-tional chromosome 21 by means of microcell-mediated chromosome transfer.
儿童B细胞前体急性淋巴细胞白血病(pediatric B-cell precursor acute lymphoblastic leukemia, BCP-ALL)细胞中存在一项普遍观测结论:21号染色体从未发生缺失,且BCP-ALL细胞常额外获得一条21号染色体。这提示21号染色体在BCP-ALL的病理生物学过程中发挥关键作用。因此,我们通过微细胞介导染色体转移(microcell-mediated chromosome transfer)技术,构建了携带额外21号染色体的BCP-ALL细胞系(Nalm-6,一种DUX4重排细胞系)。
