本研究针对伴左心室肥厚(left ventricular hypertrophy, LVH)的高血压患者开展多变量广义线性分析,并以年龄、性别、体质量指数(Body Mass Index, BMI)、收缩压(Systolic Blood Pressure, SBP)、舒张压(Diastolic Blood Pressure, DBP)、总胆固醇(Total Cholesterol, TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(Low-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(High-Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol, HDL-C)、甘油三酯(Triglyceride, TG)、估算肾小球滤过率(estimated Glomerular Filtration Rate, eGFR)及血糖作为传统协变量进行校正。其中室间隔(inter-ventricular septum, IVS)、左心室后壁(left ventricular posterior wall, PWT)、舒张末期内径(end-diastolic diameter, EDD)、收缩末期内径(end-systolic diameter, ESD)与左心室质量指数(left ventricular mass index, LVMI)为本次分析的观测指标,本研究记录了各结局变量的标准化β系数,差异在P值水平具有统计学意义。
