Hyperspectral dataset of tomato plants at different bacterial wilt levels. The hyperspectral images were acquired by using a Specim IQ camera (Specim Ltd., Oulu, Finland) Tomato bacterial wilt severity was usually assessed by visual inspection of the percentage of wilted leaves. In this experiment, it was classified as: level 0, healthy; level 1, infected but no obvious symptoms of wilting; level 2, infected and 1-33% of leaves wilting; level 3, infected and 34-66% of leaves wilting; level 4, infected and 67-100% of leaves wilting. The infected tomato plants were artificially inoculated in the greenhouse. Two hyperspectral images are given for each bacterial wilt level along with their corresponding RGB images. In addition, the hyperspectral images are given in .tif format, which can be processed directly in matlab.
不同细菌性青枯病(bacterial wilt)发病等级的番茄植株高光谱数据集。本数据集的高光谱图像采用芬兰奥卢市Specim有限公司生产的Specim IQ相机采集获取。 番茄青枯病的严重程度通常通过目视调查萎蔫叶片占比进行评估,本实验中将其划分为以下等级:0级为健康植株;1级为已感染但无明显萎蔫症状;2级为感染且1%~33%的叶片出现萎蔫;3级为感染且34%~66%的叶片出现萎蔫;4级为感染且67%~100%的叶片出现萎蔫。供试感染植株均在温室中完成人工接种。 每个青枯病等级均配有两张高光谱图像及对应的RGB图像。此外,高光谱图像以.tif格式存储,可直接在MATLAB中进行处理。
